Adrian Frutiger

Adrian Frutiger was a Swiss typeface designer whose work shaped the evolution of typography throughout the second half of the 20th century. His extensive career spanned the transitions from hot metal and phototypesetting to the digital era. A prolific graphic artist and calligrapher, he remained active in his field until his death in Bremgarten bei Bern in 2015.
