David Cannadine

Sir David Cannadine is a British historian and author specializing in modern history, philanthropy, and the history of business. He serves as the Dodge Professor of History at Princeton University and editor of the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography. Previously president of the British Academy, he currently chairs the trustees of the National Portrait Gallery and holds a visiting professorship at Oxford University.
