John Minihan

John Minihan is an Irish photographer born in 1946. Raised in Athy, County Kildare, he moved to London at age 12 to begin an apprenticeship with the Daily Mail. He later became the youngest staff photographer for the Evening Standard at age 21. Throughout his thirty-year career in London, he consistently returned to Athy to document the lives of its residents.
