Laura Mulvey

Laura Mulvey is a British feminist film theorist, filmmaker, and academic. Educated at St Hilda's College, Oxford, she is currently an Honorary Professor of Film at the University of St. Andrews and Emerita Professor of Film and Media Studies at Birkbeck, University of London. Her teaching career includes positions at the British Film Institute, the University of East Anglia, and the London College of Printing.
