Rollo May

Rollo May (1909–1994) was an American existential psychologist and author of the influential 1969 book Love and Will. Associated with humanistic psychology and existentialist philosophy, he was a major proponent of existential psychotherapy alongside Viktor Frankl. His professional work was significantly influenced by his close friendship with the philosopher and theologian Paul Tillich.
