Stuart Bailey

Stuart Bertolotti-Bailey is a British graphic designer, writer, and editor. He co-founded the arts journal Dot Dot Dot in 2000 and later collaborated with David Reinfurt under the pseudonym Dexter Sinister. He is a co-editor of The Serving Library Annual and has served as the Head of Design at the Institute of Contemporary Arts since 2017.
